- Webinar 3 – Motivating and Retaining Young Adults
10th May 2023 12:30 to 2:00pm

Today’s young adults clearly have different motivators to past generations; a sense of purpose is often more important than career progression opportunities, and skills development plans tend to outweigh financial benefits. Expert speakers will give their views on what employers need to offer to maximise the level of commitment and passion from their new cohorts of joiners.
We will also discuss how employers can combat the recent rise in ‘job hopping’ among new recruits and improve their stickiness and loyalty as a longer-term asset of the organisation.
- Webinar 4 – Connecting with young adults for your 2024 talent pipeline
4th July 2023 8.30am to 10am
Register here
There are a number of organisations and platforms that allow organisations to widen the reach of their entry-level recruitment net beyond traditional pathways. From Rise, Speakers For Schools and Apprenticeship vacancies on UCAS, to GetMyFirstJob and Not Going To Uni, this webinar will feature a line-up of candidate marketing avenues that will keep employers up-to-date with where young adults are likely to be searching for their first career opportunity
Hope to see you soon!
