Fast-growing MyWorkpapers signals ambitions for growth with opening of Milton Keynes office

MyWorkpapers, the cloud-based audit and year-end workpapers platform for accountants, has signalled its ambitions for growth with the opening of a new office in Milton Keynes.

The new premises in Central Milton Keynes puts MyWorkpapers firmly at the centre of the town’s burgeoning tech sector at the heart of the Oxford-Cambridge Arc.

The Oxford-Cambridge Arc is described by the Ministry of Housing, Communities & Local Government as “a business, science and technology ecosystem that it makes it one of the most exciting economic growth opportunities in the world”.

The opening of the Milton Keynes office follows shortly after the recently opened new office in Hereford, where the customer support team is now based.

MyWorkpapers’ innovative cloud-based platform enables accountants to automate, track and quality-assure key processes in undertaking audits and preparing end-of-year accounts.

As a cloud platform, clients have found MyWorkpapers invaluable during the ongoing Coronavirus pandemic, with users able to make a seamless transition to home and remote working, while managers have been able to keep track of projects with progress information available in real-time.

Rich Neal, CEO at MyWorkpapers, said: “Our growth has enabled us to employ talented people around the country.  Though Richmond upon Thames is our HQ, the satellite offices now allow our team members to work together as needed in the new normal workplace and reduce the travel to HQ.  Twenty new hires in the last 3 months fast-tracked our decision and is a strong signal of our ambitions for growth and support to our clients”.

“Milton Keynes is home to a thriving tech community, which offers tremendous opportunities for future collaboration and growth as we look to enable more practices across the UK and further afield to benefit from our innovative cloud platform.”

“With the pandemic having catalysed a huge upturn in home working, we are the platform that accounting practices are turning to, using MyWorkpapers as the nucleus of how and where they do their client work, in the cloud, as ‘new normal’.”

The opening of MyWorkpapers’ Milton Keynes office follows shortly after the appointment of former IRIS Managing Director, Robert Salvoni, as Chief Revenue Officer, tasked with growing business and maintaining high levels of client care as the firm’s growth accelerates.
